He would feed you and help you with open arms even if he didnt know you, he would still stick his neck out for you. He would give and not want back in return . If you try to give back to him he would say "no that's alright". This man was there at my lowest, picked me up and helped me through some of my roughest times. He died of a heart attack over the weekend. I messaged him and told him "cya monday" and his last words to me was "no problem" that day. Now it's Monday and i hear the news he's gone. Life is too short folks, appeciate and love everyone around you as much as you can because you never know when it could be your last day on earth.

And melatonin is a chemical naturally released by the brain, which has also been synthesised. Also melatonin can affect skin colour.
