Excuse me, poachers do not kill rhinos and elephants for any reason except profit. They are not wounded creatures, they are monsters who brutalize these animals and leave traumatized babies in their wake so they can turn a buck selling horns and tusks to unscrupulous buyers in Asian countries.
Amazing to see how much effort these people put up for these magnificent creatures hopefully with enough conservation efforts rhinos will avoid extinction I also think it’s pretty interesting that the white and black rhino got along with each other so well having such different mood, social, eating behaviors and whatnot

Thanks as an animal lover and caregiver to 3 wild born desert dingoes rescued at age 3 wks your emotional connection is very understandable. I lost one recently to a red belly black snake bite. It really tore my up, as dingoes are able to bond like very close friends at an ‘adult’ level. Your work should be praised aloud, if I was not so old I reckon I’d join you. Thanks for sharing.

I should have never watched this before going to work. I was emotional watching the orphans showing up just knowing something horrible had happened to the moms. It is very rewarding getting to release orphans back into nature but its also worrisome...just because because they are gone you still worry!!!!
