Runaway: Choreographed by Cassidy Allen

Growing up I’ve always loved the beach and the ocean. I grew attached to this place in Maine, Ogunquit. A quiet seaside town where I can escape reality and all of my anxieties and thoughts disappear. This dance represents how I want to be back in Ogunquit and escape my troubles and anxieties of life. Ogunquit is my happy place, just like how when I’m dancing I’m happy. I wanted to combine my two passions and create this piece.
