Awesome finds. In West Michigan, USA, where I am at, we are lucky to find coins as old as 1890, so it is great to how old the relics/coins are that you are finding. I am looking forward to my trip to England in October to find bucket listers and history. Good luck on your next hunt.

Hi Dan, great video as always! The leather mount/fitting at the round up you did not film, is a Roman "vulva mount". It symbolizes fertility during this period. So certainly not rubbish because it is in nice, complete condition.
Yes a vulva thingy, saw a young lady,s video not so long ago, she found one exactly the same, must have been mass produced in roman times, I forgot what her channel is called ,

The extremely hard digging in the cold seemed to be worth the effort Dan with some very nice finds detected. It is interesting seeing you detect in such chilly conditions when some coin and relic hunters here in Western Australia are working in very hot temperatures in some areas as high as 50 degrees Celsius. Good Job but may want to look into a Rock Hammer with a pick end may help on frozen days also in rocky soil. Hello from Ohio and thanks for sharing. New Mic is fantastic.

Well done Dan another interesting video and I’ve only just got the new DJI mic 2 so can’t wait to test them out, I had the Rode Go II mics which failed and then the DJI Mic 1 which did well apart from losing the dead cats and the case kept opening up as well! Did your voice sync perfectly or did you have to play a bit to put it in line with talking on screen? Keep the good stuff coming 👏
Hi mate, they are great the mic 2s. I didn't have to sync the audio, as I recorded directly to the camera via Bluetooth 👍
