And we said before that there was a stroke in the right artery. We photographed the left side LM + LAD + LCX for reassurance first, and then we photographed the right, and the left side was photographed, but we found something strange that the right artery dictates from the left side retrograde, and this means that it was closed for a while, and when photographing the right side we found it already closed From the beginning, this would explain to us what happened with the case. The artery was closed by a large percentage of 99%, and it was filling from the other side, and when it was completely closed by 100%, the burning occurred and began to ease. A guide wire was entered and the artery was opened. We found a large artery, and the patient was discharged safely after 24 hours.
The patient's observation of his heart stopped, but thank God, thanks to God, we caught him again

يعني افهم من حضرتك ان البلاكا تفضل موجودة بالشريان حتى لو استعملنا الدواء والأكل الصحي؟ يعني لو حد عندو ضيق ب50 في المية والطبيب نصحو بالعلاج الدوائي حيحافظ الضيق دا على نفس المعدل 50 في المية والا حينقص ويصير 40 أو 30 أو 20
