I was recently diagnosed with ADHD (By an actual psychiatrist, I know...a rarity these days) and now I suddenly understand why my entire life I could never "live up to my potential"...I never fit in, never had friends, never was good in school save for the 2-3 subjects that interested me which I absolutely smoked everyone else in. Hearing people self diagnose themselves and act like it's just so fun and quirky to have ADHD when it's really just shit and caused pretty much all difficulties I have in life right now makes me furious. I hope these people get fucking bullied because that's what they deserve, they need to come to their senses and stop acting like clowns. The whole victim mentality is so surreal. People just don't want to be held accountable for their behavior, which makes it apparent that they don't actually have ADHD because all ADHD people I know including myself take responsibility for weird stuff they do because we don't want to be looked at as a victim. It's the same with people faking disabilities. People with actual disabilities don't want to be treated differently, they try to do as much as they can themselves. Fakes just depend on people for everything because they don't actually have a problem and just want to profit
