I like her social dancing a lot, very charismatic and innovative and musical and feminine and and...but that foot work and foot positions in basic steps are messy, sloppy and unelegant. But maybe its her style ;)

You're both wrong. Secondly, Bersy is not a large woman at all. And remember, she is the follower in this video. She is respecting the guy's style and trying not to overshadow him.
