do you have a video of spatial correlation/auto correlation?

Thanks for these videos! Didn't really understand what is the difference between Spatial Continuity and Spatial Correlation - are these synonyms?

Both terms are commonly used. Spatial correlation originates from spatial autocorrelation, correlogram, as it is used in spatial statistics for measures of correlation over distance. Spatial continuity is a term used in practice and readily understood by geoscientists and could apply to any spatial model (beyond the variogram). When we use variograms for modeling spatial continuity, as in this lecture, given the direct relationship with correlogram (under stationarity) we often treat the terms as synonymous as all spatial continuity is a spatial correlation model.

pro trick : you can watch movies on Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.

@Jameson Emory Yup, I've been watching on Flixzone for years myself =)

@@maxhofmann9851 Sir, I understand continuity after reading this comment. But I saw spatial discontinuity somewhere else and didn't really understand it.
Is it the opposite meaning of "spatial continuity", or does it have a similar meaning as "spatial independence"?

    So sweetspotting is horiible idea?

Sweet spot spotting, as long as we understand the impact of spatial continuity. e.g. we have long range reservoir property and production spatial continuity without significant nugget effect, then local data is more informative of the local region. Often there is a jump to contouring well results, resulting in a bias of smooth, high continuity results.
