This was a great, brisk presentation of whole brain in a nutshell. Thank you! I am interviewing for a 3rd grade position tomorrow so this was a great refresher.

Reading both books (Whole Brain Teaching and 122 Games) is filling a lot of cracks. Seeing/hearing this demo puts it nicely together! Thanks.

Love the idea of giving student's responsibility for super improvers wall.... question: does she have reading and math together on power pix wall?

what a great video Lindsey. I will be starting my first year 3rd grade teaching and am hoping to incorporate a lot of whole brain teaching ideas.

Enjoyed watching your video. Great tips! I would like to see what the power pix wall actually looks like with some pictures on it so that I can get an idea of how to adapt it to first grade possibly. Also, what do the popsicle sticks for the practice cards have typed on them? All the rules? Thanks.

+Steven Ferentinos Check out the video at 9:00. During her final clip the "A" column on the board is filled to the top with math facts.

Whole brain or overly structured learning environment stifling individual creativity? You decide.

It’s necessary to have structure when kids are off task and not listening or learning.

Enjoyed seeing classroom. Some seemed more on routine. Thanks again.
