I played this at the dealers' yesterday. Though I am a very pro acoustic person- This instrument blew me away- Its the key response and sound/resonance that got my attention. Its a decent upgrade over the Old LP 380 with some extra tech features too. But for me it was the touch response, and to think that Korg is not traditionally a piano maker :) :) Jolly Good video here.
D Paul So overall what do you think about the key response & feeling ? Normally playing acoustic grand piano and looking for something to fit in limited space and minimising travel for access to the grand piano.
Hello everybody! I got this model a liitle more than 1 year ago. I can say that it have very nice, warm sound. And, impotantly, you get surround sound. Thanks to the KORG!! This digital piano gives me goosebumps everytime when I play on it :) But C1 Air has one flaw, like a fly in the ointment. When you press the B4, C5, C#5 keys while this device switched in German Grand Piano mode, it sounds very unpleasant. You can hear it on 0:45, 1:01, 1:12, 1:17, 1:23... Somebody knows how this issue can be fixed?
Romain BROQUET Trust me ,listen to Chopin's works. That's best as can be from one composer 😊. If you listened to him longer you'll love his music more and more...
I liked the video and I am thinking to buy it. But one and for me the most interesting thing is missing: the speakers! Where is the position of the speakers and how powerful are they?
I don't understand, does Korg C1 Air have the same touch response than Korg D1? I read people saying that Korg C1 has poor dynamics but D1 is competing against ES110. I don't get it!! im so confused
Hello, does Korg C 1 Air have powered MIDI out? I'd like to use a bluetooth MIDI adapter with my Korg C 1 Air and just want to make sure the MIDI Out will power the adapter. Thanks
I purchased one Korg LP-380 and with reverb switch on produces a lot of "hiss"noise with the effect on , if i switch off the reverb it plays quiet without "hiss" (in the speakers , headphones and line out), is it the same with the C1 Air?
This guy in the music store told me that that's usually due to speakers not being used and that it disappears after playing for a bit. Don't know it's true, but so far it worked for me (to just play it 'loose'). Never played on a Korg, Just saying I'm general.

I visited a music store today and played C1 air. Key action is very good but I didn't like the sound. Sound was too artificial and unrealistic. Feel of piano sound wasn't felt!
DO NOT order Korg C1 air. I ordered one. Some of the keys have a high pitch clicking noise which I found unbearable, plus the touch is really bad. I then popped in to a piano shop, same story here with both C1 and G1 air. If you want the best value for your money, go with Kawai cn29. It’s more expensive, but wow it’s absolutely amazing! It doesn’t have the ‘use it as a bluetooth speaker’ option but I can’t be bothered less about that. The sound (several piano samples) and keyboard is absolutely lovely, ivory feel, it’s like playing a real piano. I hope this helps someone.
Well, I love my C1 Air. No clicking noises of any kind anywhere. And the touch is perfect, just what I like. Glad you enjoy your Kawai, but I'm so glad I bought the Korg.
@@kettlebelle290 No clicking noises on mine either. Also, as of the time of writing this, the CN29 is roughly 50 per cent more expensive, at least here in Germany, so hardly a fair comparison. The KDP 120 would be a better instrument to compare it against and even that is significantly more expensive.

Absolutely all of Korg's new pianos are compact and slim. I think this is a horrible mistake. Digital or no, the cabinet will also effect the sound. Please make a realistic looking upright again Korg!
I love the music at 2:54!
looks lovely
I love that korg always put Chopin's pieces in videos.
Gotta have the best

It has better touch than LP380? Does this mean the RH3 keybed (which they both have) has been improved here?

i want to buy this and i am between c1 and lp 380 . which do you think is better? as for the piano sounds , c1 has better ?

Speakers are the bar under the main piano and are very powerfull
I want this! Can you plug it in to DAW?

Go with Kawai ES110 or CN series for WAY more authentic key actions and sound.
40 build in song but others are missing gave me those name please just after music box
How do you use the transpose button?
Roland rp-102 or korg c1? What do u think? Specially about keyboard
korg has better sound while roland touch is more like acoustic
Does ANYONE know if there are Digital Piano's where you can change the pitch. So for example +1 higher pitch, or lower?
What is the name of the piece starting at 2:31?
Chopin - Prelude 20 in C minor: 'Funeral March'
Does it work with Bluetooth midi for Korg Gadget etc?
C1 vs D1 ?????
Melody of Music C1 or a G1...both remarkable instruments
I want this can you please contact me do you offer any Military veteran discounts?
anybody know if this can be used as midi keyboard for a DAW?
Check on korgs website or their technical support
Yep
Yes with a USB to midi interface you can use it as a midi controller.
This one vs LP-380? Is bluetooth connection the only difference between them?
I don't think you can buy LP380 any longer, it's an older model. C1 Air replaced it.
@@alicaramba7680 Nope, check in Korg website, they are from different categories

I teach on two of them. Couldn’t disagree more.
I will stick with Yamaha better or more realistic sound quality and build
