I think they patched the respawning military tech. Went to the ones in horseshoe for the second time after a few days, not even just a half hour and there is no loot
might sound stupid but how do you get the paraglider again? i swear ive gotten it (in both playthroughs) after i completed this mission when she wanted new shoes at the top of the tower.
No thats all I used was run up the wall and then jump but you might be able to just boost to the top of the build with just the paraglider and if your trying to land on another sky scraper from here you dont need to go to the very top of the vnc tower.
You cant activate radio towers until you do it during the quest. The only reason you would want to go up there before the quest is the safe house, the weapon blueprint and the inhibitor
The best way to do it is go to the bottom of it go inside after you’ve complete the broadcast mission there should be an elevator it’ll say like summer summer but will be one called VNC rooftops your click that and you’re at the top

Have to have the level 3 paraglider to use the boost to make you go up.

Has it been changed where the airdrops don’t replenish, because I’ve waited over an hour and it hasn’t respawned.

Make sure you move to the air draft thats on the right side cause that one will go above the roof
