@@billhughes7927 It's a (what's it called) common demon. They spawn only to give you ammo (through chainsaw) while battle is still active. When they spawn, just as you kill the last "uncommon" demon the fight ends and they are left useless, in which case the game despawns them (some zombies are left though, in case you are left with no ammo after fight).

That was a beautiful Marauder kill, and the fastest I've seen it die. Basically it got stunned by that Ballista shot just as the BFG projectile exploded, killing the Marauder instantly.
You can skip the Urdak jump entirely and go straight for the door,avoiding the tedious platforming. Simply steer yourself toward the door when the ring boosts you to mach 2. Remember to shoot it.
I'm usually not the one to care at all about skins (hell I had like 200 unopned loot boxes in overwatch), but a blue classic armor would be my thing, heh :D
Cesar Victoriano I completed the game on ultra violence yesterday with 24 extra lives remaining but not on extra lives mode unfortunately. It’s crazy how many extra lives you can actually get.
I spent mine on boss fights. It’s more crazy how somehow I haven’t even finished ARC complex. Granted it’s also to get the Can’t Perfect Perfection Milestone, it’s my own stupid mistakes that are undoing.
Cesar Victoriano yeah the icon of sin is tough, same with the gladiator. I’m playing through nightmare right now and it’s way harder than ultra violence. I doubt I’ll finish with that many extra lives again. Arc complex was annoying for 100%. I had to look up some of the secrets.

yeah he doesn't want to take the elevator so he shoots a meathook at a random person and then moves in a way to fly himself to the 5th floor but oh no he went in the wrong building. he jumps out the window, shoots a balista backwards and flyes through the window of the building he meant to go it. only problem is the Collateral damage doing that causes
I'm not suprised you pulled this off - you are the DOOM master after all! That being said this game is hard enough on Ultra-Violence for me, I'm sticking to that!
ReeceAUS Watch DraQu’s latest video and I think you’d agree with me. It is almost clockner levels of mastery. Zero Master is incredible no doubt but DraQu’s quick switching and aim is better than Zero Masters.
I finished the campaign on UV and i was like "hell yeah i am awesome". But this......holy crap. Some sections where i really struggled hard (Urdak for example)....here it looks like a walk in the park. But i also learned much from your gameplay in terms of movement an weapon selection. This is absolutely amazing!
There have been very few games that I replayed immediately after the first playthrough. Even fewer I replayed right after the second playthrough. Doom Eternal is the only game I've ever played straight through three times. I never wanted it to end! Doom ACTUAL Eternal: infinate procedurally generated levels full of procedurally generated high octane metal music. You're a fucking surgeon though, man. Tremendous video.
Basically there are 4 (in my eyes) equal gods of Doom with different mindsets and goals: Zero Master - mainly an original Doom perfectionist, who casually performs some incredible feats on the new ones, but they are not his main focus DraQu - mainly a speedrunner not adverse to using glitches, but has enough skill to complete every game proper Byte Me - New Series perfectionist Clockner - Insane apm and weapon switches, never bothered with UNM, but chances are he could beat everyone on 100% regarding best time.
I watched DraQu playthrough on UN, it was satisfying... But , man, your playthrough is on another level... I just can't bellieve what I saw ... it is so breathtaking to see you exploit the full potential of the slayer abilities. The speed at which you change the weapons, the accuracy of your shots, the creativity of your kills: it's pure talent. You transcend the game to another level. Thank you. (I will be glad to see you do a run without the upgrades, such in doom 2016)

Certainly this is the most impressive Doom gameplay I have ever seen, but I can't say that it's even fun to watch. It's far too quick, and clearly he/she knows exactly where everything is... it's just too much. Very impressive though.
I like how the enemies still have the same amount of health as the lower difficulty. I hate it when games try to play this idea by only making the game harder with higher enemy hp. It's fine if you just increase the accuracy of the enemies and the aggressiveness
It's one of the nice things they did to difficulty to Doom Eternal, where Nightmare enemies aren't any tougher than enemies in I'm Too Young To Die, they're just a bit more numerous and far more aggressive.

I am very happy you finally decide to do a UN run of this game. Without try harding the speedrun you achieve a very good time, it's shorter than hqrdest 1st UN run. And only 3 attempt. My 3rd attempt I died on urdak after underestimate an Arch vile I was so mad against myself I didn'"t try since.

Thank you for providing your bindings i am going to try out some of your settings. I find myself using some unique ones especially for this game, and would like to share them and i found this setup disgustingly seamless as one does not have to take their hands off wasd except for weapon. With this, Grenades, Flame Belch and even Sniper Scope (or lock on rockets) can be done at nearly the exact moment with one movement between pointer and middle finger. Using a Logitec g502: Keybinds: Mouse1 - Fire Mouse2 - Weapon Mode Thumb Button 1 - Melee /Glory/ use Thumb Button 2 - Chainsaw Shoulder Button 1 (closer) - Change Grenade Shoulder Button 2 (further) - Throw Grenade Mouse Middle Button - Crucible Mouse Wheel tilt left (E)- Flame Belch --(* This one I really found surprisingly useful as its constantly being deployed to the point that i find myself not even keeping an eye armor well before the SSG esp useful in Exulta/Cult base ) This set up leave a lot of room on the Keyboard for Binding weapons to bespoke setups

Purple Guy you’ll see this more often and more obviously in the first Marauder battle when the imps and other common demons just fall over and die

Two things I’ve learned from this run. 1.you can chainsaw the tentacles. 2. You’re a master of sniping enemies weak spots. Very entertaining to watch.
