Pretty pretty good video. Thanks so much, I learned a lot. One question, I made the same steps than you for two dashboards that I have. All the content is Public and everything can be watched without any trouble, but suddenly, with the link of the experience builder, anyone is able to come into the dashboard, and requires a log in... But this doesnt happen when people uses the links from the dashboards... only with experience builder link. Every layer is in Public, and I checked everything and seems to be correct, what could be the problem? Some days ago, someone gave me a license for ArcGis Pro for my account... could it be the problem?
Hi there! Happy to hear this was helpful. Since you mentioned the dashboards are viewable by the public it sounds as though all those components are shared properly. You mention the issue arises when you share the experience builder link. I would start by reviewing how the "Web Experience" item is currently being shared. Hopefully, that helps.
I just had a similar issue to this. Everything was public even the experience builder app and it would still ask for a login to view the application (not public accessible). When I copied the link for the second embedded content I had not shared that dashboard yet. When you make content public it changes the URL. To fix this view the dashboard you want to embed again now that it is public, copy that link and re paste it into the embedded content. This resolved my issue. Also what an awesome tutorial! Very well put together and I learned alot 🙂
@@esricanadatechnologyadopti8224 Yes... I also checked out my Experience link and is also in a Public state... I can't find the problem yet. Its a pitty. Thanks so much for your help
@@eldelbharadri2282 I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble. I would highly recommend posting about this in the Experience Builder GeoNet community (community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-experience-builder/bd-p/arcgis-experience-builder-questions). Include screenshots and provide as many details as you can. I really hope you can find a solution soon and don't hesitate to post your app here when it's publicly available, we would love to see your creation!
Amazing this is what is necessary to build a mobile-friendly dashboard.
Thanks you! Really great tutorial!
