I love how the soft gaming theme looks on the black paper!!! This may be one of my favorite videos you put out, I just love all the themes you use and listening to you talk about the books. journaling + books = ❤️
It's always a happy day when you release a video! I love your style and the calming vibe your setups and voiceover have. Thank you for sharing your lovely work.🔮
Your reading journal aesthethic is everything! Black pages are my favorite. I loved your choice of books this month, forgive my snobbery haha, I'm just not a fan of fantasy literature and it was more interesting to hear about books I might want to read. And I'm so glad you're getting better! 🌸
I love the way you talk about books, you make me want to read them📖✨ even books that I might have read and didn't like, you make me question my opinion😂
These pages are all gorgeous!! I got some of the marigona suli stickers recently, and now I’m already planning to make my October bujo theme witchy and magical 😍🧚🏻♀️✨
No longer human is still in my wishlist, and I added The Great Passage because of you 🔮 I love the way you wrote the Japanese titles for both books you read 😍
Since fall is coming, and that means the perfect time for eerie, atmospheric reads, I highly recommend Helen Oyeyemi's White is for Witching if you haven't read it yet! It kind of combines literary fiction and magical realism and it's super weird and gorgeous.
🪄🧙♀ First of all, I'm so glad you are feeling better 🙏 About the books, I read "The great passage" and I loved it!!! it was an incredible story, it made me think about things that I hadn't considered before, like how dictionaries are made, and the importance of words as a form of expression. Really a great book ❤ Thanks for the video and have a fantastic September!!!
I just love your reading journal and am thinking about starting one... which in turn might help me to make more time for actually reading 📚. I love the 3 colour journal and how it forces you to think differently about setups. Always watch to the end 🥰🧙♀️🪄🌟
Hello from West Jordan, Utah! I always love to watch your videos! Your spreads are always so pretty and it makes me want to start bullet journaling again! I also love Sugarhouse Coffee! 🧟♀️🎃
Thank you for making these Amazing videos while your still recovering, wishing you well and lam excited for penpal videos you mentioned you were going to make soon.🙏🏼❤❤❤
The spreads look beautiful! Loved all the stickers used! Also loved August having a witchy theme! It is my birth month and I love everything magical looking!💖🧙
12:44 This punishment was practiced way back. It was established and was written in the Quran thus making being gay Haram (banned) in Islam (idk about other religions)
Hi Hedda finally I Ve found the time to watch your new video. The spreads are so nice and I Ve enjoyed so much watching it. I particularly like video where you show where you are and the little movements of the camera made feel all so real, like we are sitting with you at the café. I am glad you are feeling better 💕 Could you tell me where I can buy the witch stickers you used in the August cover page and also the girls stickers you used in the previous spread I am looking forward to the next video. Thank you so much for the good and relaxing time All the best ☺️
have you read any Seishi Yokomizo? the Honjin murders is the first one. Slow start but a great classic murder mystery. I've started the second and they are entertaining and not depressing :)
🪄 Really lovely video! And I'm really interested in reading The Great Passage now! Did you read the translated version? Because I'd like to know if it's good in English!?🌟
Yes, I read the English version! I actually listened to the audiobook, because I started it while I was sick with covid. I still learned some Japanese from it though, because all the dictionary entries are still in Japanese and explained as if everything was in Japanese🥰
@@mochibujo But does it work? The English translation of a "meaning" in another language? I'm quite interested in linguistics! If you say so, I'm inclined to give it a go! ☺
I also read "No longer human" in July because it was the book of that month for the book club that I am a part of. I found it hard to read because it was pretty sad and it does put you in a darker mindset. So longs story short, i did not particularly like it. Unfortunately I could not make the book club meet for this book and someone mentioned a few days after the meet that they originally did not like the book but after discussing it with the club members she started to notice some details and had a better understanding because it brought a new perspective. So maybe this book is better suited for buddy reads and deep doscussions after? Who knows. 🤔
its also easier to read and understand when you have knowledge of historical background and the authors life. this book is so much deeper than just a 'depressed man with girl problems' and im kinda sad that people portray it as that hahaha
@@tired.pigeon it is a pretty complex topic and narrowing it down to that does not do it justice indeed. I think it is pretty hard to like it since is does touch on sensitive topics and the effect it has on you psychologically. So you have to be, in a way, prepared for that and in the right mindset. I clearly was not.
Hey idk if anyone would see this but for a video idea you could do a normal pen pal one but do it under the pen pal wanted hashtag so people that don’t have instagram could do it in the comments so idk if it’s a good idea but ya 😅.
This seems like a good idea in theory, but there’s no private messaging on TH-cam, so people would have to share their email addresses or other contact info in public comments, and that’s just not a good idea for people’s privacy. That’s why I haven’t facilitated a penpal search here on TH-cam, but I’ve done it a couple of times on Instagram ☺️
Thank you so much for watching!! Links to the stickers I use in this video is in the description box

I feel you, I totally have a love/hate relationship with Murakami because of the whiny man thing you were talking about
