Haven't seen him in Last Empress or Return but I loved him in Perfume, which is one of my fave dramas. I honestly love how devilish he can be. Usually I hate that trope but Sung Rok does it in such a unique way. There is so much depth and flair in his acting which is so refreshing.
This guy is such an underrated actor. His performance in the last empress was really impressive. I wish they didn't make his character so comical towards the end. It would have been better. His acting in Perfume was good as well but the drama was so boring and predictable. I only watched it because I was so impressed with SSR that I wanted to see him in a different character. Hopefully he will get a better leading role next time.
2020 Kairos watch it he is leading man and is not only amazing but the acting he does is impeccable from the tearful jerking scenes to the mystery that is uncovered. Definitely take a lot of you love how work
