Pls allow me to add something here the very UN resolution Sharif is talking about on the floor of the UN is the very resolution of UNSC Pakistan has broken 😅 and yet just look at their mindset and their intellect, here in the US I have asked each and every Pakistani that I have known if they have read and understood UNSC resolution and its articles or for that matter the Indus water treaty and every single one of them has not been able to say that they have. Tahir jee I have seen them lying about little things they don’t know their history they deny that the Pakistan has started all the wars with India. I find it ridiculous to even discuss anything with them.

Gora Saab I am writing from India about the idiocy of Pakistan PM. He has no idea of the past and wants to fool the UNGC. I know you are a scholar and are aware of the real situation, but for the benefit of viewers of this episode I wish to outline the following.
1. As he says Jammu and Kashmir was occupied by India, which is totally wrong. In fact, it is Pakistan that invaded Jammu and Kashmir. There are many scholarly accounts of this from Pakistan it self.
2. Major General Akbar Khans book Raiders in Kashmir clearly gives an account. During the turbulent times independence in 1947, the then playboy Maharajah of joint Kashmir state entertained the possibility of remaining as an independent nation like Switzerland and dilly dallied accession to the Indian union. Realizing this the Pakistani bigwigs saw an opportunity to annex lightly defended Jammu and Kashmir. They commissioned Maj Gen Khan to do that. He sent tribals from Waziristan, according to reports in 200 trucks, They came right up to Srinagar but concentrated in looting and taping.
3.The Maharajah panicked and acceded Jammu and Kashmir to India and the Indian troops were sent who drove the tribals back up to a point of present Azad Kashmir. At this time due to UN pressure the fighting was stopped and that line is called LOC now.
4. Thus it is clear it is Pakistan, not India who invaded and occupied part of Jammu and Kashmir.. The PM was dead wrong.
5. He is also wrong about India not agreeing to, plebiscite. The UN resolution was that in order to conduct plebiscite both armies have to withdraw to their original positions. Pakistan never did that and so too India. But he talks of plebiscite. Silly.
6. He keeps on talking of Un resolutions. Following 1971 war with Pakistan there was Shimla Agreement, accord or treat what ever it is called. The Shimla agreement clearly states all the previous agreements on Kashmir issue are nullified. This means it is idiotic to talk about UN. Kashmir is not an international issue. It is a bilateral matter.
7. To snatch Kashmir Pakistan waged three wars with no Kashmir for them. On top it gave large chunks of land in their occupied territory.
8. Scrapping of article 370 is another good thing happened to Kashmir. But the Kashmiri politicians swallowed billions of dollars allocated to the development of Kashmir. Prior to,that the Government of India allocated enormous amounts of money but prior to removing article 370 the central government could ask for account. All the more wonderful for them.

Nobody is happy about Pak PM’s presentation to UNGA, not true. COAS was told by ISI, to take this stand both are happy. COAS rules with the support of moulvies and these people of faith are jubilant. PM is happy with a belief his job is safe at least up to end November. The tv and radio stations of Pakistan are happy. Given that Chinese interest in Pakistan is mainly due to latter’s hatred towards, we expect them to derive happiness.
