during ascendence u automatically cast that what u have primed.. i you primed chain your ascendence windstrike casts chain lightning and than u cast tempest manually with 10 ms
@@Aquiloni if you cast CL before ascendence windstrike will cast auto CL and u should do that in AOE. and if tempest procs you should manually press tempest with 10 MS stacks
