Hello mam, I am in my 30s and never used moisturizer or serum of any kind on my face. But after watching your video I ordered minimalist peptoid serum. Should I use moisturizer before using serum? Or can I apply serum directly??
Yes you can apply the serum directly and moisturiser needs to be applied after that
