8 Whole Mint Leaf
Crushed Ice
How to mix: Muddle mint leaf and simple syrup in a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add light rum and lime juice. Stir. Top up with soda water.

Great video !! I needed your suggestion on getting the ideal size highball. I am planning to buy a 14 oz highball for making this drink and other similar ones such as dark & stormy, cuba libre etc. Do you think 14 is a little on the higher side given the ice cubes that go into the glass !! Thanks.
