- Here's a video featuring a couple Van's RV-6's taking off from CZNL in Nelson, British Columbia. You might recognize the Black Widow C-FKEH of @aerobaticaviator
These two were really fun to see, and these little taildragger aerobatic general aviation aircraft look like a lot of fun to fly!
They get up in the air fast!
yes, the first plane did a wierd climb. At first it went leveled to the ground and suddenly uuuppp. Bye!
I lived near the KUAO Aurora, OR airport so got to see lots of RVs in and around the area. Always fun to see these flying over my house near KTTD enroute to KUAO in Class B airspace...meaning low and fast overhead! Fun!
They sure do! Bet they're a lot of fun to fly.
Very nice catch 👍 Van's are great looking light single... Nice departure 😎
Thanks a lot! They look like they would be a lot of fun to fly.

Great! loved that double take off! happy new year!
Jesse my good friend, great video, the nose & slanted windshield reminds me of a P 51 mustang, they can gain altitude like that because of the huge wing surface & powerful engine, sounds like a lycomb, Happy new year pal
Thanks Steve, Happy New Year to you too! I always love seeing these RV-6's, they look like they'd be a lot of fun to fly.
