Is the Tabaiba and the Maspalomas Princess the same Hotel?

The tabaiba was upgraded fully recently, the maspalomas received a partial upgrade.
Maspalomas used to be half board etc but now they are both all inclusive only.
Maspalomas is more the family friendly side for location, nearer kids club, kids pools etc.
