If that frog skeleton is like the other plastic skeleton, it's eyes light up and it makes a noise. I have a fish and it make a bubbles noise. Very noisy

Baby Carriage - I sold those in a gift shop in 1990 for $19.99 and along side of them we sold those fancy looking boxed dolls. Both from China. Dolls where $21.99. Both big sellers during the holidays. It kills me that I can still remember this but can't remember what I needed to get in the next room! LOL! Those little butterfly dishes would be great for the Whatnot. Love all the great finds. Some days it's 2 or 3 items and some days you fill the cart! But I enjoy all your videos!
@@patriciabarden2821 At it's origin, a junk journal was made out of sewing together paper, packaging, cardboard, etc. together to make a book - basically any "leftover" paper or material that could be written on. Now they are a form of art and can still use "leftover" paper, but so so much more.
That Signed Native American vase is worth a lot more than what you were guessing. That would be whole sale. And if the artist is well known, a lot higher.
I'm guessing that the Uncle Sam item was a stove pipe cover. When you had a coal stove in the house, you would often remove it Durning the summer and you needed something to cover the pipe hole in the wall. That one could have been permanently attached and merely swung up when the pipe was in place.
That was my thought also. We had the type with a flexible loop on the back that held the cover in place over the hole. They had a pretty painted scene on the front.
According to US patents, the G.H. Grimm Cover (Rutland, Vermont) was patented in 1904 as a sap spout and cover. Had to research this as I too thought it was a privy cover and right up there with Andrew's interests.
I have never met anyone that has kept up with their youtube channel like you do. Yes you do have a knack. Looked at your store and the highest prices items that have sold I saw very little value in them. I would of walked right past them. It's like when you say putting money back on the shelf when you know something will sell but don't buy it. You a go getter little lady. Take that to the back from this great Papa. Keep up the good work.

Those mugs are awesome! My mother used to have a similar set of those and I made many a root beer float in them. That large mug is fantastic! You definitely found some good pieces for your Whatnot sale! I'm curious as to what that skeleton figure does! 🤣
Lots of good stuff! My fav is the candle stick holder with the dragon... so cool! Growing up in Key West, FL in the 70's I remember those kind of shell boxes being sold in Woolworths in the tourists section. That is a really nice looking one. I saw that a big ghost holding the pumpkins like you found sold about a month ago on eBay for over $100 I think. I'm sure you'd get more if sold in Sept/Oct. I hope you show the skeleton frog working in a video. I read the head is suppose to turn and the mouth opens and closes. lol Thanks for another fun video! Have a great day!
Awesome finds! The Grimm Louver with Uncle Sam painted on it is an old maple sap bucket cover. I live in VT and see a lot of them here especially at this time of year. Some of them on my own trees right now :)
Oh my gosh that mug n' jug set is amaaaaaazing! Love the writing box too; lots of people do journalling, planners, pen pals etc so stationery boxes can be very useful still. A great haul; I'm a vintage dealer too, finally got a booth so I can get off Etsy... can't imagine ever not wanting to go thrifting LOL it's a 30+ year addiction!
The green box that has a Station area and would be great for holding decks of cards. What I love is the four leaf clover’s on the top, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, which is right around the corner.

I thought it was a lid to a sap bucket. The ones used to collect sap from maple trees for making maple syrup.

The Uncle Sam cover is actually The Grimm Cover and it is a cover on antique maple syrup buckets. There are a couple on ebay that aren't painted.
The Uncle Sam is the lid for a maple syrup tap bucket. I know this because I just put three buckets with covers out. :)
