Big Mike, I have been training for years. I have incorporated some of these techniques you have put out in your videos. They have left me sore like never before. The "high-five" motion when pressing on a chest press and the "scooping" made a lot of sense when put to work. This channel has to grow, Big Mike. You deserve more subs. Thank you!

Wycked...I like what you said when it comes to chest pressing machines(the mechanical arms) not touching at full extension.....im gonna use this analogy when it comes to teaching dumbbell chest presses because it absolutely makes sense! Keep the tension on the muscle and never touch!

Just saw this this morning. Used the scooping technique for flys and used the same technique on hammer strength decline. Love these tips brother. Only 9 months into working out and you are helping me develop good form and habits early in my journey. Truly grateful man. Hope you had a merry Christmas and nothing but health and prosperity in the new year 💪

I really like these tutorial videos you post on the different ways to focus and train. I'd say you're the best at really explaining the movement of machines. After having 5 back surgeries your videos give me a new way of training on machines. R. I. P to Mountain dog but I'd say you two are the best.

Like the cable tips! I focused on pushing from the pinky side of my hands and it really helped the mind/muscle connection throughout the set. Definitely made a difference in the low pec engagement.

Hey Mike, I keep hearing you tell us to fall back into our lats. But where on the lat do you want the most tension on? I always tried to fall as low into my lats as possible But that really irritates my shoulder somehow. So now when I try to sink the weight more into my upper back/lats and with your head movement technique it’s gotten a lot better, But this also makes my traps and shoulders lift upwards a bit. Just wanted to know ur take on «lowering» the weight into ur lat.

Great video as usual Mike. But the cables from the bottom work your upper chest and I know people are going to argue that it works for lower. Because you bring it across your body and up. Please let me know what you think. Because I really feel it in my upper chest when I keep the cables close to my body
