You got 2 earrings on looking gay as hell. I’m sorry I’m convinced your gay. Just selling insecure bullshit that doesn’t work. This page speaks to the insecure betas total opposite of alpha. All great tips. All. In 12 months I’ve dropped 130 pounds. From 320 to a lean 190 at 6’. I’ve used intermittent fasting and am now doing strength and cardio training.
    Thanks Aaron, during my journey the past 12 months you’ve been a key part of keeping me motivated. I joke with my buddies that you’ve been my fitness and style pastor. I’ve totally transformed myself in 12 months. People who haven’t seen me a while hardly recognize me!

I’m now 178. I started lifting in January everyday. I just started doing ab exercises too. My first meal is either 11. Or 12. My last one is around 5! I’ve been trying and working on getting lean and getting abs. I’m still struggling with my abs! I want that lean look again I I actually had the V. Shape ! I can’t remember how I did it. I'm 44 and started my weight loss journey last July. I've gone from 287 to 206 as of this morning. Imo, DO NOT weigh yourself daily but weekly. Your weight will fluctuate daily depending on water retention and other factors. Weighing yourself daily will just make you obsessed with a number. Instead, weigh weekly where you will actually see legit gains or losses! My 2 cents only.

    Are the frozen meals really any healthier than say Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice meals?

    • @SlayerODragon
      @SlayerODragon ปีที่แล้ว

      I use factor mainly for the taste. I think frozen meals are great because they are already portioned and you can see the calories and macros. But I hate taking lean cuisine and other grocery store tv dinners all the time because they honestly taste like a tv dinner (plasticy and just tastes bad overall). Also they only have a few different meals.
      The factor meals honestly taste like home made cooking, it’s easy to find 5 or so meals you really love and keep ordering. I get excited to eat a tasty factor meal, I dread and feel bad eating a nasty tv dinner.

    First off, these are the types of videos I like seeing Alpha make. His fashion shit, and his fitness shit I feel is his bread and butter.
    Secondly, all of these are great tips for losing weight and staying lean. Once you keep it going for about 3 weeks, it will be second nature to you. I started out with intermittent fasting to somewhat reign in my appetitive, especially boredom eating and aimless late night snacking. But I soon realized that as long as I was burning more calories in a week than I was eating in a week, I was losing weight. Once you realize this and have a handle on it, you can fast if you want, you can carb load the day before workouts; you can really do pretty much anything and eat anything you want as long as you keep you calorie intake less than your calories burned. Granted, the quality of food you eat makes a HUGE difference.
    All that aside, the 3 days I go to the gym, I go fasted and finish my workout with about 20 - 30 minutes of cardio, rounding off my gym sessions at just under 2 hours. I speed walk on a treadmill and try to get 1.5 miles down before I call it quits (3.5 - 4.5 incline, speed fluxes from 3.7 to 4.5 on any basic ass treadmill you'd find in ant gym). I've lost probably 15 lbs in the last 2 months just keeping this routine. I eat somewhat healthy, I make sure I get my protein intake as close to 1g per lb of target body weight (thats hard and expensive, shakes are a good way to fill the gap) every day, and keep my carbs low, especially if I'm not doing much in terms of physical exertion. But I got a sweet tooth, so there is definitely room for improvement with my diet. Just some additional tips for anyone who might be struggling or hitting plateaus with their weight loss.
    37 year old USAF vet and I'm in the best shape of my life since I left the service. Currently just under 20% body fat, and 40% lean muscle mass. I'm 5'8'' with a slender frame; not gonna lie, I've noticed heads turn at the beach and pool this season. Feels fucking nice.
    Additionally, working out solved my high cholesterol problem to the point where I don't need to take medication for it! Glad I had a doctor light a fire under my ass when she said "you're 35, and you don't want to feel 50 when you hit 40."

    Lifting is definitely vital to maintain muscle and keep your BMR high to burn more cals at rest. Also formal cardio helps to an extent.
    But the great equalizer for fat loss is tons of daily walking. It's by far the easiest and most consistent way to stay lean year round. As well as other forms of NEAT for general activity.

    • @richardpuckett8127
      @richardpuckett8127 ปีที่แล้ว

      Walking is cardio

    • @ryandeffley7652
      @ryandeffley7652 ปีที่แล้ว

      @richardpuckett8127 - I consider flat ground walking to be general movement. It can be done daily w/no recovery cost and it doesn't raise the HR substantially.
      Formal cardio that improves fitness will actually raise your HR and push vo2 max. For example, put a treadmill incline at 15% and walk at 3+mph without holding on for at least 20-30 min. That's when walking is actually cardio. 💯

    Love this guy and his channel, but why is he promoting putting food in a plastic container into a microwave, which has been proven to destroy the molecular structure and nutritional validity of food, as well as all of the plastic chemicals getting into the food because it’s been super heated in the microwave?
    Other than that, great video !

    NEVER weigh yourself every day, weigh yourself once per week, on the same day of the week and at about the same time. Your weight can go up and down daily but a consistent weekly check is better for long term trends. Otherwise everything else here is gold! My secret to staying lean: fidgeting and genetics but seriously I never sit still and am on my feet all the time.
