Great Vlog! Born and raised in Mayaguez, but currently living in Washington DC! Planning to visit in April, can't wait to eat some good food! Blessings!
Thank you for taking me back to my roots I was born and raised in Mayagüez till I was 11 that my mom moved here to Connecticut We went frequently to the Joyuda beach area to visit relatives and play at the beach 🏝️ 🥰❤️
Wow what an awesome looking restaurant in Mayaguez...very rustic looking...food looks delicious! Thanks for sharing....I’ll be visiting this November...I can’t wait!
Wow! I envy you guy's! Lol 😆 I wish I was there right now! So many great memories! I went to school in Mayagüez for a few year's, then transfered to Ramey base, Aguadilla. Some of the best times of my life growing up in Puerto Rico, back in the late 70s. Enjoy the beautiful island my friend's! God bless 🙏 👌🥰👉❤🇵🇷🏝🏖
Thanks for sharing this amazing video, of the beautiful town of Mayaguez & all those places that you visit. May God bless you and your family abundantly.
I love your adventurous spirit, you both are great Puerto Rico ambassadors! And what a wonderful place for Aeden to grow up at, and enjoy nature. Your videos bring me great happiness, and remind me that no matter what, Puerto Rico is a magical place. Hope to be there soon. 🙏🏻🇵🇷❤️

Hello guys 👋, many things have changed in 🇵🇷 ,I left Mayaguez back in 1988,while I was there, never in my life saw a hermit crab, most places you have gone, or a tangerine 🍊 tree, great video, like always !!!
Oh wow! That's interesting. The hermit crab and tangerine tree were on our farm in Rincon, but I imagine there would be some in Mayaguez too since it's so close!

In your next visit to my hometown I highly suggest for you to visit Franco ( Brazo Gitano) and La Ricomini Bakery both places are amazing for breakfast, lunch or early snacks. La Ricomini have extended hours but after lunch is mostly bakery items, coffee and sandwiches. Franco close early afternoon. Mallorcas are amazing as well quesitos in La Ricomini.
lol.. The horse sure took to you following you around..lol..that was very cute. I see Aeden is getting bigger so fast, and more and more handsome. You should have him model for clothings and billboard pictures. He'll be perfect for it. God bless him. Hope you visit Ponce sometime. Ponce is the City of Spanish Mansions and Castles. There's lots of history in Ponce.
Aww thank you, Lori! I think Aeden is super handsome too, but I always wonder if that's just "mom vision" that we moms will always see our children as more beautiful than they are haha. We do have Ponce on the list! We've been there a number of times, but it would be good to make a more recent video!

I’m a college student in Mayagüez and I can’t wait to get back, the week before the pandemic broke out my friends and I were on tres tubos. I definitely don’t miss the CESCO though, seeing it stresses me out💀🤣 Loved the video!!
@@johnnyjayzeboomboomroom9163 well that’s technically right, we just say the beach is in Mayagüez because of how close it is. Tres tubos is technically in Cabo Rojo, but it’s a ridiculously short drive from Mayagüez. So if someone is talking about a beach in Mayagüez, they’re probably talking about a beach in Cabo Rojo
One thing I am noticing is there is plenty of places to EAT!! La Jibarita looks sweet! No visite Mayaguez la ultima ves que fui a Puerto Rico. Voy hacerlo la proxima!!
We fed him some of the chips, and then he wanted more and more. When we had no more chips, he started snorting at us and neighing. Then he got mad that we had no more and started scratching his hoof in the dirt and tried to run toward us! I had to grab Aeden like a football and hide behind the gazebo until we could escape. It was pretty funny, (and scary in the moment!), but we made it out alive!
