A good social system, high levels of prosperity, gun control laws etc. lead to low crime rate. We pay high taxes for public services, health care and pensions, but its worth it.

Great video quality. Thank you for this walk. Vienna is a wonderful city bringing back heartfelt memories. When I was a young music student in Vienna (1971) most of these walkways were streets with lots of cars. The pedestrian walkways of today are so much nicer. I need to return to Vienna. ❤
