I wouldn't say that the Muto household is poor, just not the absurd levels of rich Kaiba grew up in in canon. An antique game store can still bring in a decent amount of money by _normal_ standards.
There's a third alternative where are they just weren't raised together just were genetic Brothers basically Yugi got raised by his grandpa but he couldn't get his other two grandchildren because they were adopted before he got there or whatever

There’s so many things to think about: since Yugi and Seto didn’t battle and Yugi didn’t use Exodia then will Weevile destroy the cards? How will Seto obtain the other blue eyes copies and how will Yugi gets his dark magician? Looking forward to how you’ll take this forward
Very cool start to the story. Kaiba with yugis deck is amazing. And it'll feel much better for kaiba to have just the one blue eyes for now. Seems more poetic
Is the battle box a manga reference or based off blueprints zigfried had? It's been a while since I've seen the KC tournament arc so I don't quite remember if his design was the classic battle box or not.
Any chance of this what if being uploaded with a written version? Cause my wife loves the concept of this what if as well as some of the scenes I've told her, she prefers to read stories rather than having them read to her
@@PickledDillPodcast Sorry for the delay for the ideas but TH-cam kept resetting my comments erasing all the words that I typed down previously twice so let's hope the Third Time is the charm here plus also a few of them are inspired by existing works however there's a reason for that as they feel like they're unfinished even though one was technically finished but didn't feel it really explored everything and it kinda gets cut short which also doesn't help matters either.
