Reminds me of Twilight from the Ga’Hoole books. He hatched alone, but grew to be a fearsome yet compassionate warrior. When Soren and Gylfie first met Twilight he preened their feathers. This was something he hadn’t really gotten as an owlet. He knew what it felt like to be without the care of an adult so he filled the void he recalled from his past.

I just want to say thank you for what you do for all the foster kittens/cats. Especially the 'handicapped' ones, thats really awesome of you! When most people would've decided to put them down, you still gave them a chance to be a kitty 🐈😸 Your amazing! Keep it up! 😁👍💕
Omg lady, you are just too good lol. I saw Otter w his little Band-Aid on his head, I shared his story last week on FB, along with Bunny and all the others. I saw their story first and then came across this one, Chester's, on my page. I loved seeing how he came into your life and how he helped you start all of this. I am so impressed and grateful to you, and your husband as well (I'm sure he helps and does his share, even if it's just allowing you to run this special kitten fostering and adoption rescue), I know so many men that just do not like cats/kittens, for some reason, and would be against having this in their homes. Lol, that's why none of them are w me 🤣😂🤣, I wouldn't have them in my life if they couldn't accept my passion for saving these precious and perfect gifts of nature. I don't see them as different or crippled in any way, I see them as unique and in need of more love, understanding, attention and respect. Oh, how I would love to have Bunny or Otter here w me, I would smother them in so much love and affection. I am glad that they found homes and I am very happy that you kept Chester, he seems like a terrific boy and unique as well in his own right. I saw a story a couple days ago on "The Kitten Lady's" channel, she is in San Diego and was explaining about how great their shelter was there.., surprisingly! They have their own special kitten unit dedicated just to helping these babies have a second chance at life and now to see that you are in Los Angeles and run a special kitten rescue yourself, it's just overwhelming and warms my heart to see California doing so much. I live in NC and our shelters here could definitely take some pointers from yall's, absolutely. Most of ours puts them down after 7 days w no cares or worries about it. Most of the staff, that works at our shelters, just go through the motions without any conscience guiding them to help and/or save any of the doomed animals. Smh, and we especially do not have any separate units for special needs or neonatal. I know I am going on and on, I'm sorry, I am just so impressed w you, The Kitten Lady and all that you guys sacrifice and give. I have mostly given up any hope on human nature as a whole, we are a greedy, self-righteous, arrogant, selfish and narcissistic species but, when I see articles such as this, it reminds me to hold fast and remind myself that there are decent folks out there that want to help, devote their lives and commit themselves to the higher calling of saving lives, animal lives. Please send a link, I would like to contribute a little to your cause. Thank you for all that you do and all that you have done. Please, never give up, I fear for the outcome of so many lives if you ever do. Love and appreciation from High Point, NC USA.
No one who works in animal shelters is blasé about killing the animals. These are people who chose to go into the profession of helping animals and got the education to be a vet or vet tech. Burn out and suicide is really high among vets and killing healthy animals is a big reason.
@@mariag.8242 Please do not tell me what I have, and have not seen, w my own eyes at the shelters in my area. If the shelters in your area are different, then I am happy and relieved about that, even grateful. The shelters around here are a different story, trust me on that.

I love him! I've had the sweetest orange cats before. And yes, my older huge orange cat was the greatest big brother to kittens that I took in. They're all so sweet. Omg, I've had many, many, many fosterfails myself. Thank you for taking care of the kitties!!
Chester is simply beautiful 😍🤗🥰
I love how a lot of people, thanks to channels like this, are showing that cats can be some of the most loyal, affectionate and understanding pets. Thank you.
Chester found his calling like his mama did…Rescuing & sheltering kitties in need💙🩷🐾 What a treasure he is! And yes, they’re definitely looking into our souls-it’s a special gift when our furries look at us that way🥰
He had you showing the kind of love and dedication a mum cat should . Chester is showing kittens the love he has so they can feel like him. Amazing
One of a kind.❤

This lady is awesome ❤💕
I cannot begin to imagine a world without animals they bring so much joy, happiness and love to millions every single day.
They truly are a gift! They teach us about love. I adore them SO MUCH!
Chester is very paternal. This is what a good dad does.
Beautiful story, beautiful cat, unselfish, kind, giving, loving mother to these helpless fur babes brought to her. Thank you for sharing.❤️🐈

Great story. Great people. Great cat.
Chester is a beautiful fluff ball, so sweet and loving. He knows his mama and papa love him to pieces and he's paying that love he gets, forward to these foster kitties. So adorable. 😍😘😘😘😇
He looks like his beautiful human mom.
Woke up overwhelmed with the world this morning. This calmed me down so much and I couldn't help but smike. You have such a sweet gentle voice and nature.
OMG, she's the young lady that's currently fostering Bunny and Otter! I absolutely love what these guys do 💕 Thank you very much for including them in one of your great videos 😊❤️

Sharing of a mission noble. May GOD continue bless you forever together.
I have 2 ginger boys and I can honestly say orange tabbies are so sweet and loving just like Chester! They also have a tortie sister and they get along so well. But I have always had an extra spot in my heart for orange cats they just speak to me. Way to go Chester!
Hello Rebecca how are you doing today
Chester is an amazing foster brother! He absolutely loves his job & really takes it seriously. Maybe this is his way of showing you how much he appreciates what you have done for him. 🐾❤️🐾
I loved every single part of the video, but the part where he was just chilling while his nails getting trimmed amazed me the most 🥰
he is so amazing!
Hello Marilyn how are you doing today
Chester is grateful for all the love he was given when he was a little kitten who needed help. Now he's returning the favor!
He's paternal, rather... and he reminds me of Grandpa Mason! Good boy, Chester!
Chester is an amazing boy & he found the best mommy for him.. I loved watching their bond 💕
Chester purring up a storm: I'm getting attention from mom/dad.
Also Chester: yay more kittens to love and teach.
Hello Bethany how are you doing today
I just want to say thank you for what you do for all the foster kittens/cats. Especially the 'handicapped' ones, thats really awesome of you! When most people would've decided to put them down, you still gave them a chance to be a kitty 🐈😸 Your amazing! Keep it up! 😁👍💕
Chester is absolutely gorgeous! I love how affectionate and gentle he is with the kittens. ❤️
