99% of users will never be able to fully use either SOCs to their limits. Better to buy according to OS preference, and other factors like camera performance, battery life, app support, ecosystem, heat resistance etc. Or just buy whatever makes you happy and not worry too much about hardware specs as both will last you a long time :)
