Store Manager @ Exit 20 of I-5 Washington State refused to give refunds. We asked politely and were declined. We attempted to return a coke bottle in favor of another in-store product. We were told that the store policy did not allow food retuns once one left the store. However the bottle was not tampered with and was in "excellent" condition. If this is Shell's minimart policy (never presented to me) than this is a scam. I would understand fast food, but unopened coke bottles???, c'mon. Your policy needs revising ASAP.
