Nice colour scheme for the frame. I’m not sure if the new wheelset suits the frame since the required long-reach brakes probably haven’t the best breaking power. Why not stick to the old rims and brakes? Where the original wheels/hubs worn out?
The old wheel set is not good for ride ... (Rust and bend ) and another thing is I definitely want to change the look of the bike ... So I decided to change the wheel set. And the braking power is the not the best in the world but it's ok performance 😌 I did 120km ride in the last week . No issues 😊😊 working good 👍

Bro even I will be transforming my grandfather's bicycle into a similar kind of gravel bike..... But u could have installed a road bike cycle dropdown handlebar instead of normal ones

I didn't find any good break shoe for this type of wheel .. then i found a good set MTB v brake shoe and i replaced in two weeks ago..👍👍👍
The brakes were installed, but weren’t connected to a lever.
