This song is pretty much the song that made it clear to me that: emotions>techniques in terms of importance when singing.. He is off pitch in so many places in this song especially at the start.. but that still didn't stop me from getting goosebumps when I heard this song because you can tell that he put all his heart into it.
His voice literally made me drop tears, especially at 2:22 to 2:35, i feel cold all around..... Yuyoyuppe and Utsu-P brought me a big step forward understanding what does screamo and metal songs really means....
I've always loved this song, but to this day it baffles me how well the vocals are delivered in that last chorus, especially considering how improper Yuyoyuppe's growling technique was in there (if you know about extreme vocals, you can obviously hear that it was harmful to the vocal cords).
His voice kinda sounds weak in this (That's what makes it so damn good!), but it sounds as if he's doing it on purpose, as if to send the message that he's about to give up, but is fighting to keep going because he knows he'll be rewarded for it in the end... Hence the title, "Hope"
@Shonengirl595 I respect your opinion, but i also have to disagree with it. I mean when i listen to Deco*27 its mostly pure auto tune. Yuyoyuppe's version is his voice alone, without the "help" of auto tune. Yuyoyuppe is amazing all on his own.

I don't think it reminds me of a Paramore song from reff onwards. But the intro does. I thought the ex guitarist, Josh likes to use the kind of guitar tone similar in this song.

I can't seem to understand the stuff he screams, but I'm pretty sure he says "sayonara" right before the final chorus. Sorry if I wasn't much help. xp
