I'd really like to get on the health train... But I'm kind of scared that I will just get into some unhealthy nutritional habits thinking it's good for me, and I also am the kind of person that would associate my healthiness to how my body looks, and have serious issues with body image and "body goals". Basically, I worry that my mind would not be a part of the health train, if you know what I mean... Any advice?
