Which CEC is close to Mobile, Al that is not 2.0 remodeled? Just visited Mobile location and I am highly disappointed with the 2.0. I don't think I will ever understand why they did that.
New Orleans 1-2 hours away. Huntsville is about 5 if you want to wait. Hattiesburg and Jackson MS are song pretty good stores with no 2.0, But New Orleans and Tallahassee and Huntsville are good stores.👍
About a month ago I went to Concord my first 2.0 location and was bored because it was super bland even without the stage, and then my beloved NC Road stage died and got turned into 2.0 so yeah I hate it
I was employed with the CEC location in 2017 for 6 months before the verbal abuse from the store patrons started to get to me. It's also been my local restaurant for many moons time. It's incredibly small, but perhaps that can be changed once it's put back on the list for remodel. It was slated for the 2.0 remodel months ago.

The Arlington, Texas location actually recently got a 2.0 not long ago sadly, the stage was of course destroyed, but I hear it actually got a rocker stage and was the last location to get that stage.
6:01 i went here as a kid but it looked different on the outside, from what i remember the awnings were red and the logo had chuck in a yellow shirt, but i do remember them only having the one animatronic the other one i went to as a kid was attleboro massachusetts, i think i went to this one more as a kid because it was closer even though i live in rhode island... that one had the 1 stage with the full band but i think i read that they got rid of it for the dance floor
Tully Road in CA.. back in its glory days, had all the cabaret side show characters (Beagles, King, Dolly) the arcade was massive and the whole building had 2 floors. Less impressive now to say the least. But thats kind of the way of the beast with CEC these days.
They did receive some phase 4 posters like the 4 Chuck e heads, the marching parade poster, but the must c tv posters are still in tact in the showroom, and it is still like 85% phase 3

In CA Where is San Jose Tully rd (the first location to open) and now in VA You forgot Midlothian and Roanoke Elecric Rd VA and The others and why does the 1/2 stages still have the cool chuck outfit are all locations that have a stage supposed to have rockstar outfits for chuck e.? And Wilmington North Carolina just closed what actually does like months ago I'm late.

Wisconsin Green Bay? No way. Brookfield and Milwaukee are way bigger with better games and shows....having been to many of these locations, I just don’t agree with many of your picks.

Milwaukee isn’t #1 because it’s in a bad area of town and the remodel hurt it, Brookfield has some really bad history of altercations taking place that they require armed guards to be present! Darien is in a better location and has better games than Rockford does. And for Florida I just feel West Melbourne is a huge standout and a must visit in my opinion!
Who cares if it’s in a ‘bad area of town’...most former showbiz locations are in bad parts of town. Milwaukee May have gotten remodeled, but they still have SHOWROOM WALLS, a good 1 stage, and a great games selection. West Melbourne is only a ‘must visit’ because it’s stage is unique. It’s not in great shape though, and the rest of the store is very phase 4 average. If it’s uniqueness is what merits the visit, then Rockford certainly trumps Darien...only Rocker stage left.
Brookfield was better back in 2012. Its stage is horrible now. Should've been remodeled before the crapshot CEC of Wisconsin, Racine. Green Bay beats Brookfield by a long walk. I am surprised Milwaukee actually has a gameroom and showroom as big as it is, considering its former status as being located next to a Kmart. Usually CEC stores next to Kmarts are a bit small. MI Biscayne, Brandon, and Hialeah are all better than W Mel, but not St Pete. Darien's new stage is a load of B.S.. Why try to store stuff behind curtains when kids can simply peek behind them. Thus considering its not for visitors to see.
You have a point! However moving games in front of the rocker stage in the showroom is definitely a trade off, and the games aren’t even a wide variety. My biggest win was when I found a ShowBiz pizza token on jasper’s lap. And although the final rocker stage is unique: 1. The rocker stage wasn’t supposed to be around as it was going to transfer to a 1 stage in 1993 but Rockford lost the files, 2. Darien’s stage is the only one to ever exist of it’s kind, add the fact that it has Stewart working there, a huge variety of games in the game room, and it’s the first CEC to open in Illinois, and you’ve got a winner! Also Milwaukee’s one stage has gotten in rough shape since I last visited, and it’s not in a very good area

The Pearl City location sucks! I went there 6 years ago and the stage was in ok shape but I went there a year ago and it looks like it's frozen. Almost no movement. The Dillingham location is better.
