Both covers are just so great I can't even decide. I really like what the kid in the Steven Perez video did with his vocals. It was dope to hear him with just the guitar doing an acoustic cover. He sang with passion and heart making the song feel so good. Then XAE is a girl who took her vocals to another level with her runs and smooth voice. She did her thing using the lyrics to bring out more feeling. They both really had my attention but I just can't pick one cause they both sound great to me. What a cool reaction idea, both sound so good! the girl had so much passion in hers but i think my favourite is the first, I like the slightly simpler, chill sound of his vocals

Both sounded amazing this is a hard one but I would go with the girl just because her voice sounds more developed but the boy is still sooo good

First props to Ed Sheeran who wrote this song, a well written song. What great voices and for him being so young what promise of a bright future!! Love it. For me her voice sounds more mature (which i'm sure she is ) not a knock on age but with age, that maturity of knowing what you sing of shines through. What a great job both did. For me, she has a great voice but needs to work a bit on her runs or placement of runs which can be tricky and seems overdone or out of place. This too will come from lessons, age and practice. Hopefully my opinion not too critical just saying.. The great thing about all music is how subjective it can be! Love it and love you! Take care be safe hun, and please keep on giving us these great artists!

@@maracmusic6153 lol Yeah I guess that was a way of avoiding that! lol For his age and God given talent I will say he did. With time and work he should be awesome! The male voice however goes through some crazy changes. ( and no IM not taking anything away from her but for me, needs more work then he does. ) Her choices in how she inflects the words were good choices and use of her voice, but the runs need some focus. For me you cant do runs just for the sake of it. Please keep this segment up as I find it so intriguing! ❤😊
