For some reason Circe is even more cute now after hearing this voiced scene. I had an idea of her personality already but now I know her smugness knows no bounds, and I love it.

Eli not so much in FGO, she refers to you as "little puppy" which is a sign of her growth. She still calls Hakuno in Extella piggy but that is more a sign of affection since that's what she called him since CCC. Though Liz talks like that, she really never treats the MC as a pig post-CCC anyway.
..why Medea & Asterios's aunt are more childish & less developed than them? Also, love that they voiced the Chaldea's staffs. .....also, how the hell Babbage eat the chocolate, being steam golem & all??
I really wish there would be a scene where Chaldea addresses the antics of the servants by forcing them all to attend lectures about the do’s and fonts of Chaldea

Well it's been 2 years and you haven't gotten an answer so I'll happily indulge you. Given her high pitched voice and demeanor, I think Julie Kliewer's voice would sound almost exactly the same I've heard her voice work in Fire Emblem Heroes and comparing the voices side by side Julie wouldn't sound much different from the Circe we have now. But if you wanted to for shits and giggles, I hear that the JP VA for Circe also plays as Aqua for Konosuba, so having Faye Mata try the same thing by voicing Circe would kind of complete a circle in a sense. Plus Faye Mata is a FANTASTIC VA hearing her play Aqua, and other characters like Petra from Fire Emblem Three Houses and even played as Astolfo in Apocrypha. Faye is really good with her range and is used to having wild roles like Circe.
Last year on JP they added voiced lines for all the Valentine's scenes. So for Valentines 2021 on NA, you'll get to have all your scenes voiced as well.
