Nakakalungkot halatang konti lang ang May interest sa investment sa foreclosed the properties. Nagcocoment lang sila sa politics at showbiz sayang ang oras
If I buy a foreclosed property in a bank by mortgage, let say commercial lot, pwede ko po kaya gawin for lease yung property? mag agree kaya si bank? Any thoughts po, thanks!
24 comments 😲 seriously , i think investing in foreclosed property is the best investment in philippines, house to live is always necessity for young family
@@jonasroy8445 i have 3 small houses in Landayan Laguna that I buy in Pag Ibig, but I buy it cash and lease it for 3k a month, i think its smart to put my money in real estate instead of bank
@@vinny6049 that is awesome! Thats also true that its good to invest in real state than saving it in the bank coz if it does money won't grow that much in the bank. Real state has great ROI. Personally I havent any property yet coz I a just building my career rightnow but I do make a good saving rightnow so that later on I could invest my hard earned money in real state. I currently watching more videos in TH-cam abouy it so that I will learn more. Thank you anyway that you noticed my comment and gave me some insight about it.

@@jonasroy8445 on the contrary, its better to invest more to yourself specially if your young, real estate is easy if you can buy it cash and not tied yourself with mortgage, interest and taxes every month.
It's not the buyer's fault. If people can't afford their monthly payments, then don't get a housing loan. It's that simple. It's survival of the fittest.
The borrowers are actually the morally wrong ones here. They borrow money from banks or other lending institutions and don't pay them back. You don't get foreclosed for 1 missed payment. They give you a few months before they pull the trigger.
that’s third world thinking (sorry, just saying) just think of it as a form of help. to give financial freedom to the former owner and to be able to give them a fresh start. (just my opinion) ✌🏼

If you purchase foreclose properties through pag-ibig and pay cash they will give you 20-30% discount.

Mam anu advice nyo para sa gustong matuto nito?
Malaki kasi ang puhunan usually, nakakalula para sa nakararami. At in general, di investment literate mga pinoy :(

Not always advisable to buy foreclosed property. mautak din ang banko, sobrang mahal din ng iba kaysa bibili ka sa labas

Bitin yung oras sa discussion!
What's the website?
panu na pag ayaw umalis ng previous owner
There's what we call real property protection. Pwede yung barangay ang magpaalis sa kanila. Or written notice of evacuation from the bank itself.
dont buy occupied property. sasakit ulo mo
yey! ok na!
Its making money out of the unfortunate. Morally wrong. My heart goes out to all poor and unfortunate Filipino's

We almost got our property foreclosed due to irresposnsibility... its not really the buyers fault...
