My zipper gets caught in the same spot. I have. Monos carry on suitcase and plan on using this Cotopaxi as my personal item. Hopefully I have no issues with this as a personal item.

Thank you so much. Me too. I got lucky with those colors. You have to pick the del dia and it's one of a kind so you should check the website everyday and see when they have similar colors. I bought one for my mom too and at the time I didn't like any of the color combinations that they had so I just kept waiting until they had something better. You won't find the exact combination of colors since they are one and gone so just keep on checking the website and hopefully one day they will have something similar

You shouldn't have any issues with it as a personal item as long as it's not stuffed too much.
