  • This is 20 minutes of music with natural forest sounds to help with meditative focus by helping you both relax and concentrate deeply. Listen with eyes closed or watch with eyes open.
    With eyes open the video is designed to help you unwind and foster inner stillness. With eyes closed the music is designed to help prevent your mind from wandering too far with stringed plucks in an ambient soundscape, use the plucks as a reminder to stay present.
    You'll see some very zen looking peacocks! They are wild peacocks near where I live that I filmed in the winter.
