I hardly smile at my students or try to help their difficulties. I like that primary male teacher who suggested that inferiority complex among children should be eliminated by teachers
Pahle jab me unmarried thi or chote chote bacho ko padhati thi to pure khush rahti thi or apna 100 percent bacho ko deti thi par kabhi kabhi lagta tha "ki kya boring life h yaar kahi par bhi ja sakte is job ki wajah se" par aaj meri shadi ho gai or mujhe bahut zarurat hai job or us khushi ki jo ab mere pass nhi hai ...sach hai hum life me purani baato ko Yaad karte rahte ki vo pal kitna sukoon bhara tha par is present ko dhang se nhi Ji paate or ek din yah bhi ek pal ban jayega.....really I miss my students my family and my village or sabse jyada meri Maa😔😔😔

When people get to know that you are a teacher they straight away ask- kitna kama lete ho? ( How much do you earn?) , Why didn't you choose a different career? Your life is set you get so many holidays, you come back home at 2 pm., Krna hi kya hta h you just have to check notebooks or papers koi bhi karle...koi bhi padha le... The type of abuse parents do even though it is their fault that they are not giving attention to their children nowadays and they don't appreciate the efforts. No teacher wants to talk to a child badly, every teacher wants to give their best. But teachers are humans too. The freedom we don't get to teach our class our way, the things which are imposed on us.

And I want to make my future in the fields of teaching and education,, because by teaching the students I learned this thing about my self that this is the work which I am made for, I love teaching them and it is so nice to connect with to leanrn them, to see their beautiful smiles, their tantrums also, they fear also taht nhi mis nhi hk payga mai ko nhi aata, but when they learn that this is not their win over their that fear but it also my win, And I am very much passionate about their learnings, their education abd teaching and I want to give my best in teaching them and I love them alot and I am very much grateful for them. I was working for many years in managerial position in Engineering project company. I have an Engineering background and always i was feeling suffocated in the corporate world as you mentioned in your speech.
Now,I have taken a break for sometime and teaching Maths and Science in a School. I am really happy. ..maintaining strict discipline and food in my life.I am exploring it nicely and I am enjoying my growth here.
I ready 2 or 3 books a week now plus i do play sports with my boarders in the evening which i could have never thought in my corporate world.

i always utged to work for clg students. and I did that for couple of yrs. i got an opportunity to teach middle school. at first i was bit upset but tge kids changed my whole outlook. the smile and happiness on their face.... MaShaAllah. They wud come running to me where ever they spot me. Market, religious ceremony... I love my Midlle School kids.
