@@jessejennings3828 I know... The amount of people surprised by this dad's reaction really makes me sad. I think any parents that actually love their kids would check on them first before getting mad.
He can teach him at a vacant parking lot. Not on some street where he can very easily fall into a river, ditch, or hit something. Ngl this dad is not very smart. My mom has common sense and is teaching me how to drive at an FIU parking lot that's always completely empty when I practice how to drive. It's pretty easy. I'm gonna teach my kids how to do it the same way. Once the kid gets the hang of it and can drive well in the parking lot then you can take it to the next level of driving on the street. This dad tried to start his son off from square 10 by telling him to make a right turn on a street which is really hard for someone learning how to drive.
@@TheTrainedLamb telling the kid wheel first gas last isn't hard

Massive props to the dad. First thing was "are you okay?", not a hint of anger in his voice. Fantastic
That's what really struck me watching that clip. Great guy I bet.
Dude he has the right to be angry. 100% anger justified in that situation. Child abuse is bad and messes people up for life, but the other extreme isn't ideal either. If parents never get angry or punish you, you don't learn discipline and manners
@@Eralen00 you sound abusive
@@Eralen00 You're talking to yourself
@@Eralen00 You’re right but becoming a screaming, veins popping out, cussing mess won’t fix the car. And if your main concern isn’t your child’s safety after an accident when YOU wanted to teach them how to drive in the first place then your just an asshole. There is plenty of time for punishments and strong words after everyone’s out of the car in safety and the air has calmed. I’m sure the kids nerves were through the roof.
Kindness in parenting does not always mean there is too much leniency. Many parents have a great balance of understanding and love and authority and discipline.
I don’t know what you were getting at or why you felt the need to say this as of a father caring about his sons safety means he’s being too lenient and that the son will grow up a terrible snobby spoiled human. That’s how it works in some cases but we know nothing about this man. So don’t assume anything and don’t try to take down people applauding a dad who doesn’t scream at his son after a bad accident. Just my opinion here.
when I was a kid, I was riding my scooter to a friends house and didn't see drying asphalt. There were two workers just standing by and I guess they didn't see me coming. When my front wheel hit the wet tar, I flung forward and landed face/hands first. It was still hot and burned my hands (not bad enough to go to the hospital). I had a sandwich in a baggy that got smashed. The workers were so shocked they didn't say much of anything, just helped me up. I just walked myself and my scooter back home.

yup cuz its only a myth that hell come back with the milk
I felt immensely bad for that whale & the others that have to go through that . Like .. the feels was overwhelming in my chest ☹️☹️☹️
Agreed. I didn't know whales had to play Frogger with boat traffic to cross an ocean. Immediately tried thinking of a solution but you can't put a time clock on Mother Natures creatures.
Whales can dive deeper than the ships. It’s clearly too stupid to understand that.
Perhaps.. but I wouldn't take everything you hear on the internet as a proven fact. This example seems like a pretty big leap and more likely a theory at best. There is still a lot we don't understand about whales
Me too! It made me so very sad!
@@zerotodona1495 Or it expects to swim freely in its habitat ? It doesn't know wtf a ship is & these are faster than whales . There's been an issue with whale collisions .

Thank you for showing the video on the whales they are almost all gone and when they go alot of other things will too. Wish I knew of places like that to share info more on it. 😭
That stuck whale thing is acutally heartbreaking. Goes to show that we are still hurting nature even when its not obvious
I dont believe it. whales can dive 2000m, cargo ships sit in water 9m. I just cant fucking believe a word on that little clip

Nothing has made me realize how much just the sheer number of ships in our oceans is fucking with the wildlife, than just seeing this one poor confused whale trying to dodge them. I heard the sonar from ships also fucks with them, as it's on the same frequency as their calls, and is the leading cause for entire pods of whales beaching as they get disoriented by it and try to get away from it
Yeah what poor things
i wish more people were commenting about this
Yeah and that was just one whale.
Poor whale, I mean if they can track them like this I wish there was some type of ocean traffic officers or something to be like hey let the whales pass.
Humans are responsible for up to *1 million* species now. The extinction event named after us is called the Holocene Extinction.
Leading causes are animal agriculture and resource extraction, all to feed the consumers.
