How i wish the government could sign this MoU with the citizens: 'that within the next 10 yrs, all stolen state funds will be collected, loopholes in our existing tax enforcement and collection systems will be sealed, and accountability will be restored to the highest pedigree.' Then after, we may realize the necessity or otherwise of introducing e-levy. The trust in past and present governments is non existent. Sadly, members of every government are also citizens and not expatriates contracted to manage our economy.
