- In this video, MOD60 using 7490, I have explained how to make a MOD 60 counter using IC sn74ls90. It is a decade counter IC and output of this IC is in BCD code. MOD 60 is 0 to 59 counter circuit. This circuit is used to make digital clock in second hand and minutes hand.
Details of 7447 and 7448:
• SN74LS47 | SN74LS48 | ...

Sir how to make a down counter out of it?
I have a source which provides me once per second. I want to use your circuit to count the pulses so that I can create one pulse per minute. What additional circuitry do I need so that after 60th pulse “59”, it generates one pulse?
Can we use a switch instead of clock
Yes we can. Remember that pin 14 (clock input pin) is a active low pin so to use a switch, you must connect a pull up resistor with pin14. And as a clock signal, you should provide low signal (ground) to this.
Good afternoon sir, how to install push bottom with 555 ic? Or can we use other ic for push button?
Is there any way to reset it while it is in this mode?
Sir, how to design mod-30 using 7490?
I need to count to 5 in the frist counter
What i should to do ?
Zero doesn’t want to show up
can you reset the count in between?? for Example if the count is at 21, can you add a switch to make the count 0?
Yes we can. I'll make a video on 7490 ic. There I'll explain.

Thankyou very much😊😊😊👌👌👌👌👌
Please give the explanation of design part in general
