So many fast guys in the 250A and Open ProSport classes. Its goona be interesting to see how Drew Adams Does going into his pro carreer,i think he will do pretty good at IronMan.Thanks for all of the awesome LL Content Matty B,it was way cool to see ur pops up there presenting those #1 Plates to all of the Racers.Keep up the good work Matty B!!!
One thing I’m very impressed with about Adams is his balance. He stays standing throughout the corners and still manages to maintain better speed than other riders. Very impressive 👍
Scoring points in the first pro race would be a big statement, but top ten like some predict is just delusional. When you go pro, the races are longer, the intensity is much higher and the guys fighting for p20 are probably at the same level like the fastest guys you raced for the win before going pro. The first few races are like getting kicked in the balls for 35 minutes and for your team to find out where you stand and what your weaknesses are so they can help you to make progress where it's needed.
Davies has never raced Loretta’s and he did solid for his first ever trip in the hardest class. Nothing to hang his head down for at all. Adams did good but he’s not a haiden deegan level guy coming in and haiden would have blown him away if they had been in the same class at Loretta’s at the same time. Drew is very good but there’s a difference between very good and elite/generational talent and Adams isn’t at that level.
Top 20 for sure, wouldnt be shocked at top ten if he gets a good start. That said you never know, i wouldnt have guessed dax bennick would be struggling to get inside the top ten.
Adams is an absolute weapon. Rides very similarly to Jett with his insane patience and standing for a half second longer where others are sitting. I think if Adams can get a good start, if guys look back and see that young gun coming, they'll feel that pressure. Hopefully Drew rides with the mindset that he's got nothing to prove, just there to learn. If he does that, I see him getting an easy top 10, daresay a moto podium with the way some of the top guys have been riding, and Vialle crashing.
Pump the break a little, i can see a great ride but top 10 is insane. The Canadian series will definetly help him with 30min motos so fitness should be good but still.
Loretta’s is just high pressure for some of these kids. He has been real solid in the combine races but sometimes Loretta’s and just how big of a race it is for these amateurs, especially ones who know they don’t have a guaranteed ride like a guy like Adams does, end up letting the pressure get to them there. Idk if he will even be the guy next season there, depending who all stays. Janik will probably be like a talon hawkins when he goes pro.
Ehhh he will probably be around 10-12th most likely. I think he will be right around the same speed as guys like Dax and Romano and they rarely get inside the top 10. Now he will be a better pro than them two (most likely) but his first race I see him making some mistakes and the field is pretty deep. 10-12th would be really good for his first pro race. Even deegan didn’t get top 10, he also wadded himself at iron man when he raced it after Loretta’s and Drew isn’t quite at the same level deegan was, he’s close though.
Pro Circuit is turning him pro to early just like they did to Ryder D. They will destroy him like they did Ryder D. They should have waited one more year. The kid is a great rider but what pro circuit did to Ryder D. Was evil.
I'd like to see him do a lil better but unless something crazy happens I predict around top 10, usually what gets a new amateur in his first race is the track conditions once it breaks down but I hope he surprises me!
He won’t finish top 10 and he make definitely won’t win the title or even finish top 5 next season. He definitely isn’t beating Haiden if Haiden stays one more year in the 250 class and he won’t beat guys like shimoda or kitchen or masterpool (if he gets signed) along with quite a few others if they are healthy.. not in his first season. He’s no Haiden deegan, he isn’t that level. He will be a solid pro and may win a title one day in the 250 class but it’s going to be a few years.
Top 40. No, he will finish 22nd, maybe. He will be all pumped up and ride too hard, trying to look cool and show everyone what a bad ass he thinks he is and get tired and fade. They all do that their first pro race. The kid is a great rider and will even get better but he's not at the speed of the top 10 riders in the 250 class.
Difference is he raced the full 7 rounds of the pro canadian series and currently 6 pts behind 1st for the champ... so already have some experience with 30 min motos. I think its a big advantage and confidence booster. I wouldnt be surprise with a 15-20th. **** btw i think if you raced pro you shouldnt be able to race LL

They are gonna be fun to watch!!

Yeah he's strong
Same here, he’s got what it takes!
A+ Commentary! Those boys are rippin!
Thank you!!
Blow it up 😅 you earned it son... Great video, really filmed well totally captured how gnarly it is at Lorettas
Thank you!
Thanks Matty B! The only LL coverage I watched.
Thanks for watching!!
I am excited to see Adams at Ironman. He is really smooth and smart.
Gonna be fun to watch!
I haven’t been to LL since 1997. Thank you for sharing your race coverage!!!
Thanks for watching!!

You realize all the best ama out of lorettas score points first try? Tomac won his first pro race ever. These guys are plenty good enough.
He should easily score points!
That was slightly more than a statement ride, it was a full-blown smackdown. On the podium Davies was crushed.

Drew owned them!
Can't wait to see Adams at Ironman!!!
Same!
Thank you 🇺🇲
👊🏻
Watched the moto live but I rather hear Matty B call the race 🤘🏼
Let’s go!!
That boy can Ride! Put him on pro triumph
He shreds
He’s on a mission
Damn right
Adams will probably be a 8-12 guy with his first pro race
That would be solid!
Top 20 for sure, wouldnt be shocked at top ten if he gets a good start.
That said you never know, i wouldnt have guessed dax bennick would be struggling to get inside the top ten.
Yea it’s just so stacked!
Man the track looks more like MXGP from all the different classes making ruts and bumps everywhere.
It’s so gnarly!
He gunna be a fun watch
Agreed!

Bright future for sure!
Burnout on the podium was a classic.

Holesheeeeeeyaachhttt
Braaaap
🤘🏻🤙🏻
Krystian Janik sliding way back. He was looking to be the next big thing last year. This year he got mopped.
Loretta’s is just high pressure for some of these kids. I think he’s been hurt
How come I don’t see Matt Burkeen and their race and that’s the only person I don’t see what’s up with that
I don’t race Loretta’s
Adams is going to stir the pot a bit at Ironman 🤘

Agreed!
top 15
🤘🏻🤙🏻
@@mattburkeen820 hope your knee gets better I was a mechanic back in the 80s for a mid pack 125 kid, I know how fast all you guys are from 1 to 40
Pro Circuit is turning him pro to early just like they did to Ryder D. They will destroy him like they did Ryder D. They should have waited one more year. The kid is a great rider but what pro circuit did to Ryder D. Was evil.
Nah he will be good they are waiting
He will be out of the top 10 easy.
We will see!
I'd like to see him do a lil better but unless something crazy happens I predict around top 10, usually what gets a new amateur in his first race is the track conditions once it breaks down but I hope he surprises me!
Top 10 first race, 250 champion next outdoors season.

hahahaha good one
Bold!
Won’t make top 20
Ouch
Won’t make top 20 at iron man.
Lmao
