Hello Venus was a project between Fantagio and Pledis. Ara and Yoonjo were under Pledis while the other four were under Fantagio. People said that Pledis and Fantagio had some disagreement so they stopped the project, therefore Ara and Yoonjo went back to Pledis and since Fantagio has the most members they just decided to keep the name of Hello Venus under their company. So they just added two new members to keep the number the same.
