There is a need to make a state institution in our near future probably, which specifically deals with these poor animals,which are just roaming uselessly on the roads,these animals should get taken care of,there is a lot we can do in this respect,there are many sane & rational solutions to such problems available with the developed countries.All what we need to do is learn from them & implement gradually !!

Even Punjab has very good roads,but Sindh totally lacks good roads,really absurd that the province which hosts the oldest port city of region i.e Karachi,which is also the economic hub of our country as of now,cannot even come up with good infrastructure of roads,proper sewerage system in the cities & good management & town plannings!!!
@@AliKhan-rj1vo much better situation in punjab.besides all political differences, Shahbaz sharif really did amazing job here.and Northern areas also have some amazing roads like Babusar road, hunza road till khnjrab and under construction skardu road.one can't belive how human being can do wonders
