Hi Mike awsome vid as always. I've had a weber for a few years now and have tried alot of different charcoal and heatbeads original briquettes have been my go to for long stable heat. I've heard from a few people that they are hard to light but i either use cast iron portable gas ring or the burner out of the fish smoker filled with methylated spirits and place charcoal chimney over top of them and got the charcoal glowing every time

Smoked pork crackle is very tasty, great flavour. Doesn't need much smoking like fish

Heat beads were my favourite then I started using Samba ones because they were cheaper. They are the same price now here.
