His Power, Our Faith & The Testimony
"And the people all tried to touch him, because power was coming from him and healing them all." Luke 6 : 17 - 19
Because she had heard stories of people receiving healing when they touched Jesus -
She said to herself, "If I only could touch his cloak, I will be healed." Matthew 9 : 20 - 22
Her "self talk," what she said in her heart and what she believed spoke of her expectation, her faith connected to what she had heard - that she would be healed if she touched Jesus.
And then, she "came trembling" - HEALED! Luke 9 : 20 - 22
And in the land of Gennesaret - the men said, "Just let the sick touch the edge of your cloak."
"And as many as touched it were made perfectly well." Matthew 14 : 34 - 36
Faith releases His power!
We have the same Spirit of faith that is described in the Scriptures when it says,
“First I believed, then I spoke in faith.” 2 Corinthians 4 : 13
