Since I'll be working from home for the foreseeable future, I've made some updates to my bedroom/ office/ studio setup and thought I'd share for those looking for inspo. I've been in my apartment for several years now and have had fun decorating and optimizing the small space I have to work with. I even manage to fit in quite a bit of storage. i love seeing how people set up their spaces, but so many people have work spaces separate from their bedrooms, or bedrooms that are huge compared to how much stuff they have, so they're always more about the aesthetic and whatnot. i really appreciate this video because it feels more like my bedroom- a lot of stuff, not a lot of space, needing to prioritize function over aesthetic. i sew and cosplay so a lot of my space is taken up with fabric, weird makeup and jewelry i'd never wear normally, costume pieces, wigs, and so much more hair styling supplies than you'd expect for someone with hair shorter than a pixie cut lol. i moved back in september, but never fully got everything situated because i briefly had to store a bunch of lab equipment for work in here as well. but that got moved out last week so this is my motivation to make it more functional! thanks! sorry for the rambling lol

I love the setup you have here! I wish I had a bit more space to have a second working location in my room, but cat things take up enough space that it's not really feasible at this point. Maybe in the future though!

Very pretty, very organised and thought out, I'm impressed :D
When I lived in a tiny apartment I had some large pieces of... metal grate/grid lattice (idk what you'd call it) on the wall that I could hang things on. Either just things by themselves with hooks, or also some hooked compartments. Found it a good way to use vertical space ^_^ Used it for every day toiletries, and also kept jewellery on it.
