I am not Kenyan but I understood how to make the chicken but that green and yellow thing I don't know what that was, it looked like corn but I did not understand step by step how to make that one but when it was being dished it looked so good, I would like to about that one please, I like making new dishes.
That was red and green hoho puprika you put the last step after everything is cooked to ganish

It's a traditional meal mostly cooked by kikuyu tribe in kenya.
Just Google mukimo recipe you will find every detail there.
Audrey kouassi,the other recepe is corn,but in Kenya we have them mostly in white and they are called maize,u boil your corn and then add potatoes until potatoes are soft and then the green vegetable is pumpkins leaves,u can put ur green leaves to cook or you can blend them raw,after u mash ur patatoes and corn then you can add your leaves.and then separately you fry onions of your choice with enough oil.and then you can mix your fried onions with ur mashed meal,and also while boiling corn and potatoes you can add salt to your taste.and it's very delicious meal,in Kenya we call it mukimo.
Or where you are if u can't get the pumpkin leaves you can look whether you can find stinging nettle it can replace the leaves,but thise one you put it lastly it don't need to cook,hope you will try it,thank you sis and God bless u,byyyyeee
